At Type Diabeat It, we know that type 2 diabetes doesn’t start in the body—it starts in the systems that limit access to fresh, affordable, and culturally relevant food. That’s why we’ve spent the past five years building food programs rooted in culture, prevention, and dignity—serving over 500 families monthly through our food box program and Afrocentric health initiatives.
But we can’t do this alone. We need our community to walk with us.
