Type-II Take-Back is designed to help you control your Type II Diabetes and reduce dependence on medications. The class is every Friday, for 4 weeks, starting January 9, 2026. Class will last for approximately 1.5 hours each week. You will receive instruction from Dr. Augustyniak, baseline labs (A1c, fasting insulin, BMP) and a 2-week continuous glucose monitor to get you started on your journey.
