This evening promises to be a special event where you can learn all about the progress we are making in our research.

Our purpose is simple – To help build a better life for everyone living with type 1 diabetes. Our work helps to provide better treatments, expand access to treatments and technology and one day our research will result in a future free from type 1 diabetes.

The format for this event will be an overview of our global research from our Director of Research Partnerships Rachel Connor, followed by presentations on two Breakthrough T1D funded research projects by the scientists who are doing the work. There will also be the opportunity to meet other people with connections to type 1 diabetes and chat over drinks and canapes.

Life-changing developments are unfolding before us—Breakthrough T1D, with its global presence and unique affiliate structure, stands at the forefront, navigating these advancements, avoiding duplication and fostering collaborations to turn groundbreaking research into tangible impact for those with type 1 diabetes.
