The holidays are often marketed as joyful and carefree — but for many of us, they can also bring up feelings of stress, grief, or loneliness. Holiday Blues is about acknowledging that side of the season — and finding comfort, connection, and community together.
For the first half of the evening, you’ll connect with fellow young professionals through light, interactive activities designed to spark authentic conversation and warmth. Then, Roots & Roads will lead a facilitated session on navigating the emotional ups and downs of the holidays — with humor, compassion, and practical tools for self-care.
✨ Whether you’re feeling festive or just need a little extra light this season, this evening is about meeting you where you’re at — and reminding you that you’re not alone.
