About this Event
Stokes tells the story of the NBA’s first Black superstar, Maurice Stokes, who is not as well known as he should be in part because of a career-ending injury. Come learn all about Maurice Stokes and join Ty and John for themed activities! After the event, you can get your books signed by the authors.
To attend: Space is limited, so registration is encouraged to guarantee your seat. You can register for a ticket for free through October 1, 4:00pm, and preorder the book . Additional copies of Stokes will be available for purchase during the event.
Signing Guidelines: Following the event, the author will sign and personalize copies of the book. If you would prefer not to stay for the signing portion, Red Balloon is happy to have your books signed and personalized for you and will contact you when they're ready to be picked up.
