Pimedal oktoobri nädalavahetusel on eesti gastronoomiamaastikul põhjust käsi plaksutada.Toome teieni absoluutse A klassi staari kokandusmaailmas ehk Chef Francesco NewYorkist.
Francesco on Chef suure algustähega, omades kogemust 3 Michelini tärni restoranides NYC, olles Hr. Robert de Niro privaat Chef ja hetkel ka tegutsenud 9 viimast aastat Gruusias, olles seotud 17 luksusliku restoraniprojektiga ning arendanud väga suurel määral sealset toidumaailma. Ta on tutvunud põhjalikult sealse maastiku, loodusandide, kultuuri, tavade ja toorainetega ühendades need siiani vähe räägitud modernseks Gruusia köögiks.
Chef Francesco koos SALTi peakoka Marko Kaljendi ja Stereo peakoka Andres Allasega toob teieni 18.10 ja 19.10 kaks ainulaadset ja unustamatut õhtusööki. Mõlemad õhtusöögid on oma ülesehituselt täiesti erinevad.
18.10 pakub Chef Francesco oma eksklusiivset rännakut modernse Gruusia köögi telgitagustesse läbi set menüü.
19.10 võtab Francesco koos Andrese ja Markoga vastu väljakutse ja set menüü tuleb moodne fusioon inspireeritud Ladina-Ameerika köögist ja Francesco isikliku loomingu parimatest paladest
Ühe käigu juurde tuleb mõlemal päeval ka restoran Noma sommeljee poolt valitud naturaalsete Gruusia veinide degustatsioon.

We bring you an absolute A-star in the culinary world, Chef Francesco from New York.
Francesco is a Chef with a capital letter, having experience in 3 Michelin star restaurants in NYC, being Mr. Robert de Niro's private Chef and has also been operating in Georgia for the last 9 years, being involved in 17 luxury restaurant projects and developing the food world there to a great extent. He has thoroughly familiarized himself with the local landscape, natural gifts, culture, customs and raw materials, combining them into modern Georgian cuisine, which is still little talked about.
Chef Francesco together with SALT Chef Marko Kaljendi and Stereo Chef Andres Allas will bring you two unique and unforgettable dinners on 18.10 and 19.10. Both dinners are completely different in their structure.
18.10 Chef Francesco offers his exclusive journey behind the scenes of modern Georgian cuisine through a set menu.
19.10, Francesco takes on the challenge together with Andres and Marko, and the set menu will be a modern fusion of inspired Latin American cuisine and the best pieces of Francesco's personal creations.
One course is accompanied by a tasting of natural Georgian wines selected by the sommelier of the Noma restaurant on both days.
