All that glitters is gold, in this two tier vintage lambeth cake workshop!We will be diving heavily into the piping techniques in this unique workshop and working with dark chocolate ganache all the way through.
in this class, you will learn how to:
level, tort, fill, crumb-coat and final coat your top tier cake using ganache
cover a fake styrofoam cake with ganache (bottom tier)
learn to pipe scalloped ruffles using the 104 piping tip
pipe shells and shelled swirls using the #32 piping tip
create dainty and elegant dots using the #5 piping tip
learn to seamlessly stencil onto your cakes for perfectly spaced and neat piping, every time!

This workshop is geared towards the piping techniques and applications rather than building the cake- for this reason, we will be focusing on decorating a styrofoam bottom tier during the workshop. The top tier will remain real cake however, so the basics of cake decorating will still be a feature of this class.
What to bring:
Just bring yourself, an apron (optional) and a fun learning attitude. Everything else will be provided :)
