You are warmly invited to participate in and reap the many magical benefits of either or both of Gail Stewart’s next 2025 Sound Journeys. They will take place on Saturday 25 January at 7.30pm and Saturday 1 February at 3pm. A Sound Journey can help add some sparkle and enchantment to your life! The wizardry and warmth of the sublime sounds generated will almost certainly help enhance your sense of wellbeing! Don't miss out!
Gail is an experienced respected and sought-after Sound Journey facilitator. A Sound Journey offers a healing process that can quiet your mind and at the same time relax your body! It is a most wonderful experience. To simply lie back and be healed by the magic of the interwoven sound vibrations is a pure joy!
A Sound Journey is essentially a healing musical performance played out through Himalayan singing bowls crystal bowls gongs and a variety of other often unusual sound-producing instruments complemented by the human voice. Participants lie on the floor and allow the waves of sound to flow over embrace and permeate them.
At the event(s) ensure that you make yourself comfortable! Ideally please bring something soft supportive and snug to lie on including a head support and also something warm to cover you. However mats cushions and blankets are freely available at the Centre.

This will allow us to complete the registration process and will also provide you with the opportunity to prepare your spot in the hall. Thank you.
NB EACH OF THESE TWO PARTICULAR EVENTS BEGINS AT A TIME THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM PREVIOUS EVENTS. AS THE 1 FEBRUARY EVENT STARTS AT 3PM YOU MAY WISH TO BRING ALONG SOME FORM OF EYE COVERING TO EXCLUDE THE DAYLIGHT.
