Join us in the Cordingley Room of the Great Falls Public Library for an engaging and educational talk with Leigh Larson.Great Falls resident, Leigh Larson, spent two months working on behalf of an American organization in partnership with an organization in Pakistan to foster international diplomacy, humanitarian aid, and women's empowerment. Ms. Larson helped to facilitate programs towards Afghan refugees of the Taliban, local farmers unions and climate disaster response, and with girls' education and child marriage. In this lecture, Ms. Larson will share her boots-on-the-ground experience working in an environment that is both widely different and similar to our own, and how we can relate that to our American experience.
