About the Presenter:
Pam Anderson has over 30 years of experience in the nonprofit arena, working through the ranks from volunteer and program staff to executive administration and board member. She has seen the struggles of nonprofits to obtain grant funds on local, state, and federal levels, both as a grant seeker and reviewer. Drawing on that experience, Pam presents grant fundamentals and guides through the process from readiness and research to writing and tracking grants. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Sociology minor and Certificates in Nonprofit Management, Board Education and Grant Writing. In 2019, Pam opened a consulting firm, Compacity Nonprofit Mentoring. Utilizing compassionate active listening, Compacity provides mentoring and training to increase nonprofits’ capacity and impact on the communities they serve.
