Dear friends,We have two circles this month. How wonderful.
Please note the two different locations on the weekend. One circle on Saturday and the other circle on Sunday.
It is my invitation for us to breathe in and out love, to move with and toward love and sing and sound love. We will dance simple circle dances and sing mantras from world spiritual traditions to guide us as we increase the capacity of our heart for love and compassion.
While the focus is love for both circles, we will dance different Dances, so come to one or both circles. All are welcome. No experience necessary.
