Get ready to show us your best twist during our soft pretzel making class with Chef Timm of The Hungry Hiker and taste our newly-released Cloud Splitter wine.
Participants will receive hands-on pretzel-making and dip demonstrations from Chef Timm, two completed pretzels and dips to take home and enjoy with your pretzels, a 5 oz glass of our Cloud Splitter wine - a semi-sweet red blend made with Cabernet Franc and Concord wines, and recipes for the pretzels and a savory and sweet dip.

Whole grain mustard
Honey mustard (made with Lost Trail honey)
Beer cheese
Hot cheese
Bacon garlic spinach dip
Chive and horseradish dip
