Twisted Yoga has partnered up with Joint Effort Physical Therapy to bring Twisted Yoga to West Ashley. This class is located inside Joint Efforts's lively and colorful side studio. You do not have to do physical therapy to come to this class, but it will partner perfectly with your physical therapy regimen. Amanda, from Twisted Yoga, and Courtney, from Joint Effort, have worked together to bring a class that compliments a recovery program. Amanda's expertise allows her to pivot the class to the needs of the studioents and to offer variations that will allow for the class to work with any type of recovery program. This class lasts an hour, and consists of 3/4 strengthening and 1/4 stretching per Joint Effort's request.
