Welcome to the second edition of Twisted Tales - A Journey Into the Old World. This year's LARP game is called - THE RISE OF CHERNOBOG -
(due to player actions and consequences from the last game)
1. What is LARP - Live Action Role Play - it's a live roleplaying game that takes place in a fantasy universe filled with monsters, magic, fairy creatures, and twisted tales from our childhood days. It's a chance to experience an adventure in first person and become a hero or a villain based on your actions and interactions with the world and the other players. It's an opportunity to delve into a living fantasy world and experience life through the eyes of your character.
2. When, Where, What's the price - It's a FIVE days event 4-8 August included. It will take place at Buntovna hut, near Hisarya. Prices will be announced as soon as possible.
3. Context and Lore - The game takes place in The Old World - the world of Fey, Faeries, Folk tales, and fantasy creatures, a world of myth and stories. The world is ruled by Baba Yaga - a godlike entity with unknown powers. Fighting against her for control of the realm are Scarlet - The Red Riding Hood - daughter of Baba Yaga, a powerful fey witch with a rebellous spirit who is eager to inherit the realm. Against them stands Chernobog, the ancient god of corruption and chaos who want to see the world burn and the witches brought to their knees. Trying to survive and gain a foothold in the realm are the Gods from the Slavic folklore and their followers.
4. Current State of the World - The players are faced with overwhelming odds stacked against them. Chernobog has managed to banish the Gods from the Old World, has succeeded in corrupting the power source of Baba Yaga, and has captured Scarlet in a pact of servitude - neutralizing almost any and all resistance. His march to power seems almost certain.
The last beacon of hope within this dark and corrupt fey realm shines brightly from the Temple of the Goddess of Love - Lada - amassing followers, clerics and worshippers for a holy crusade against the shadows.
