A guided tasting event of Trinidadian fine flavour chocolate with Niagara Beverage. Taste 4 pairings of curated Trinidadian Chocolate with a variety of Niagara wines and locally produced beer from Niagara College Teaching Winery, Stratus Vineyards, Leaning Post Winery and Lock Street Brewery.Available Tasting Dates:
Option 1: Friday, January 30 - St. Catharines Museum
Option 2: Saturday, February 14 - Lock Street Brewery
This tasting is perfect for beginners, enthusiasts and those for a passion for chocolate and wine. Guests will be asked to note their opinions on a provided sheet and be guided how to taste chocolate and wine together.
The sheets will be collected at the end of the event as part of economic development research being conducted by the St. Catharines Twinning Association.
