Join us for Twinkle Tai Chi, a nighttime Tai Chi and Qigong Experience, held underneath the beautifully lit event tent at Willow Grove Farm!Once again, this event is 100% donation based - this time, the selected beneficiary is The Laurel Center, a group that has been providing emergency shelter and support services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence and their dependent children in our community since 1981. October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
No tai chi or qigong experience is needed to attend the event; we'll gather in the twilight underneath the twinkling lights of the event tent and discuss some of the principles of tai chi and qigong. We'll then move and flow together next to the lovely lake at Willow Grove Farm.
Attendees can expect to feel more grounded and at peace at the end of our evening together. This event could be part of a perfect "date night", regardless of if you're dating someone else or yourself. Plan to attend and support a great cause - The Laurel Center! This will be our last Twinkle Tai Chi event of 2024.
