We’re inviting you to a small, intimate Community Wellness Dinner—a free evening of shared food, meaningful connection, and nervous system education led by our doctors.
This is something new for us—and something we won’t be offering often.
This gathering is designed for people who care deeply about their well-being, sense that something feels “off,” and want a deeper understanding of emotional regulation and nervous system health.
Enjoy a complimentary dinner while learning how your nervous system influences:
- stress and overwhelm
- emotional regulation
- energy, sleep, and focus
- how you experience day-to-day life
During the evening, our doctors will offer a short, grounded educational talk on care—what it looks like, why it matters, and how nervous system regulation supports long-term wellbeing.
This is not a lecture. It’s not a sales event. It’s a shared table and thoughtful conversation.
