Rain Taxi’s 25th annual Twin Cities Book Festival is happening on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Union Depot in Saint Paul! The TCBF features a vibrant all-day book fair with over 130 publishers, literary organizations, book dealers, authors, and more!
