Come and enjoy an evening of deep relaxation, restoration, and reconnecting with yourself through a beautifully healing Yoga Nidra guided meditation by candlelight.This nourishing experience will be held at Balance Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in North Lakes. Throughout the session, gentle sound healing will be incorporated to help ground and anchor you into a blissful state where the conscious and unconscious mind meet.
No experience is required. This session is mental health aware and is designed to provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming space for all.
Please bring a pillow, a light blanket, and any comforts from home to rest on the spacious jiu-jitsu mats and settle in comfortably for the evening.
