We have created a suggested bathing plan for you to follow to make the most of your Heat and Ice Experiences.
These experiences will leave your body invigorated and your skin soft, smooth, and hydrated.
While here you are also able to have full use of our Leisure club facilities which include a state-of-the-art gym and 19-metre swimming pool to make sure fitness is both pleasurable and rewarding.
