This is your invitation to a Sound Bath Meditation experience led by Lyn Sakari, certified meditation teacher, reiki practioner and sound bath musician. The Crystal Tones alchemy singing bowls used, infused with gemstones and precious metals, have been thoughtfully selected for their high quality and integrity. Lyn's set of bowls are one of a kind and lovingly named 'Unity Consciousness' and are complementary to the other instruments included in the sound scape journey. You can expect to feel relaxed, restored and refreshed as your nervous system has the chance to recalibrate and attune to the vibrations, all within a safe container. Come and connect with your highest Self and the innate wisdom that resides within this space.
Benefits of Sound Meditation include calm and peaceful states as brain waves shift from an active state (Beta) to a relaxed state (Alpha) or a dreamlike state (Theta) and the parasympathetic nervous system is activated - inducing rest and recovery. The healing benefits of this practice reveberate long after the session ends.

MEET YOUR GUIDE:
Lyn Sakari became certified as a meditation teacher in 2017 through Moment Meditation after two decades of a personal practice. Her passion for making mindfulness and meditation practices accessible in a safe and supportive environment led her to create 'Sit With Sakari' whose mission is to build community while awakening the individual. A lifelong student -Lyn is also certified in and continuosly studying: MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), Reiki (Holy Fire Lineage), Kirtan (Bhakti Yoga), sound healing and is a Sound Ceremonalist, certified as a sound bath musician. She came to the intersection of these modalities as part of her own journey of awakening. Included in her sound scape journey are Crystal Tones alchemy singing bowls which are infused with gemstones and precious metals, thoughtfully selected because of their integrity and resonance. Lyn's set is one of a kind and appropriately named 'Unity Consciousness'.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring what you need to feel comfortable lying down: yoga mat, meditation cushion, pillow, eye covering, blanket etc. You are welcome to stay seated for the practice and chairs are available.

In the spirit of accessibility we are intentionally keeping the cost at a suggested exchange of $44 so that this is open to all on an ongoing basis.
