Presenter: Fr. Vince Mesi, OFMIn preparation for the beautiful Franciscan Feast of Our Lady of the Angels on August 2nd, our evening of prayer and spiritual formation will celebrate the place of Mary in in the life of St. Francis. And, inspired by St. Francis’s love and devotion to Our Lady, that we too may renew our own devotion and understanding of Mary’s place in our life of faith.
And so, come along to learn more about the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Francis as examples of how we can give our simple “yes” to God—to be totally open to the power of God and give birth to him in our daily lives.
5pm Mass in the St. Clare Chapel for the Feast of the
Portiuncula. Those who attend Mass at a Franciscan
church on this feast receive a plenary indulgence.
