Built in 1926 for the Lippman Family, owners of the independent drug company and purchased by the current owners in 2018, this classic Tudor has been completely updated. Owner and local doctor Daniel Kohm, The exterior entry has an added gas coach light from Bevolo, New Orleans. The original door is painted “Dutch Tulip” with brass finishings.
Upon entering, the chandelier above is French while the flooring below is travertine. The home is designed in Hollywood Regency with faux tiger carpeting. The family room features cork flooring and exposed brick and plaster walls. Double doors lead to the outdoor living area creating excellent flow for entertaining.
The outdoor zone features a 28x28 outdoor kitchen with all the amenities of an indoor kitchen including a grill and range. The decking is silver travertine, and the remaining green space includes a putting green and a beautiful pool. This home is incredible both indoors and out.
