Signups start at 7pm, duck construction starts at 7:30, and the first round starts at 8pm. The tournament should be completed by 9:30ish.
Each player will receive a build and battle kit to build a 40 card deck. Players will then play 3 rounds against other players. Each player will also receive 3 additional packs of Twilight Masquerade at the end of the tournament.
