Signups start at 2pm, deck construction starts at 3pm, and the first round starts at 3:30. The tournament should be completed about 5pm.
Each player will receive a build and battle kit to build a 40 card deck. Players will then play 3 rounds against other players. Each player will also receive 3 additional packs of Twilight Masquerade at the end of the tournament.
