October’s edition of Twilight Flow and Live Music. A Ying and Yang Movement and Flow Class inspired by yoga, with live musicians playing along with us as we move.
The Live Music : This month we welcome back our crowd favourites.
James Brigs on handpan and percussion, and one of our residents Minh ha on slide guitar and didgeridoo.
Who will be joining our phenomenal resident musician, Rohan, keys 🎹 and vocals.
We’ve got the whole band back!
The Flow: Kim will guide you through strong, powerful movements designed to help you find your edge, followed by slow, deep stretches that invite you to find softness and release.
This dynamic flow is intentionally created to challenge you, and to ask you to find your strength. Allowing yourself to drop into your own softness, and stillness for the sound immersion that follows.
Sound Immersion : We close practice in a sound immersion meditation, with our live musicians and crystal sound bowls.
Location: Your backdrop is a window into beautiful Mulligans Flat Nature Reserve at sunset, WildBark Cafe.
We only have a limited number of spots, and they go quick.

- Yoga Mat: Essential for your practice.
- Comfortable & Appropriate Clothing.
- Light Blanket: Recommended for added warmth during the sound immersion meditation.
- Water Bottle: To stay hydrated throughout the session.
