Wow! What a year we have had. Since commencing in January 2025, we have had back to back sell outs the whole year.
We have seen 7 musicians grace us and the introduction of light immersion, watching the sun go down in all types of weather as we flow.
I could not be more thankful to the community who has embraced this unique offering and are the reason it is what it is today.
As December is our last one for the year, there will be something a little special.
If you haven’t joined us before - what is it?
A Ying and Yang Movement and Flow Class inspired by yoga, with live musicians playing along with us as we move.
The Live Music : This month we welcome an incredible local musician- Sam Harris who will be bringing a very unique style of his own.
It’s going to be wild.
He will also be facilitating breathwork this session.
He will be joining our phenomenal resident musician, Rohan, keys 🎹 and vocals.
The Flow: Kim will guide you through a strong, powerful flow designed to help you find your edge, followed by slow, deep stretches that invite you to find softness and release.
This dynamic flow is intentionally created to challenge you, and to ask you to find your strength. Allowing yourself to drop into your own softness, and stillness for the sound immersion that follows.
Sound Immersion : We close practice in a sound immersion meditation, with our live musicians and crystal sound bowls.
Location: Your backdrop is a window into beautiful Mulligans Flat Nature Reserve at sunset, WildBark Cafe.
With back to back sell outs and we only have a limited number of spots, and they go quick.

- Yoga Mat: Essential for your practice.
- Comfortable & Appropriate Clothing.
- Light Blanket: Recommended for added warmth during the sound immersion meditation.
- Water Bottle: To stay hydrated throughout the session.
