Mindful mark-making using luscious inks, folding softly textured paper, being in the moment of creative flow... this book-arts workshop is designed to bring you creative wellbeing while teaching you strategies and techniques for making intriguing and beautiful little books.
Be inspired by the art in the exhibition and a selection of natural objects and materials while taking some deep breaths.
Enjoy the physical sensations of working with ink and paper.

This gentle and inspiring book-arts workshop is held in the Main Gallery at Fisherton Mill, within the "Echoes and Threads" exhibition by Tamsin Loveday and Helen Kirby, running between 20th April to 18th May 10-5
Materials for the project are included and the ticket price includes eventbrite fees and tax.
Your tutor, Tamsin, is an artist with a special interest in paper, print and book arts with a not-so-secret mission to help people reconnect with their inner creative spark. Advocating the benefits of creativity for wellbeing for everyone, Tamsin is a trained Mental Health First Aider. Working from her studio in Fisherton MIll, Salisbury Tamsin makes small editions of individual notebooks, sketchbooks and journals and offers a book repair service.
