Bydd Cynhadledd eleni yn canolbwyntio ar Dwf, Cyfle a Thegwch - a sut y gall y sector addysg bellach ysgogi newid cadarnhaol i ddysgwyr, cymunedau a'r economi yng Nghymru.

Gydag etholiad Senedd 2026 ar y gorwel, bydd y Gynhadledd yn archwilio beth sydd ei angen ar y sector gan Lywodraeth nesaf Cymru i ffynnu ac i gyflawni ei llawn botensial.

Rydym yn falch o gyhoeddi Agored Cymru fel Prif Noddwr digwyddiad eleni.
Byddwn wrth ein bodd yn croesawu'r Gweinidog Addysg Bellach ac Uwch, Vikki Howells AS, a fydd yn traddodi'r prif anerchiad.
Bydd y Gynhadledd yn dod â dros 200 o randdeiliaid allweddol, addysgwyr ac arweinwyr diwydiant o bob cwr o Gymru a thu hwnt ynghyd. Bydd cyfle i gynrychiolwyr gymryd rhan mewn dadleuon panel sy'n ysgogi meddwl, gweithdai rhyngweithiol, a rhwydweithio â chyfoedion, a hynny i gyd wrth arddangos cryfder ac effaith y sector addysg bellach.

This year’s Conference will focus on Growth, Opportunity and Fairness - and how the FE sector can drive positive change for learners, communities, and the economy in Wales.

With the Senedd 2026 election on the horizon, the Conference will explore what the sector needs from the next Welsh Government to thrive and to deliver on its full potential.
