We’ll start with mobility and conditioning exercises to get those hips loose and strong, then break down a variety of twerk styles and techniques—from the basics to bounces, pops, and isolations. Then we’ll put it all together in a fierce, feel-good choreo combo to leave you feeling powerful and playful.
