Welcome to Twerkfit!
Join us for a fun and energetic workout session where you can groove to the beat and tone your body at the same time. Our Twerkfit event will be held at the UoA Recreation Centre, so come ready to sweat and shake it off with our enthusiastic instructor, Abbi Smabbz (owner of Twerkitoutnz).
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned twerker, this event is perfect for anyone looking to have a blast while getting a great workout in. Mark your calendars and get ready to twerk it out with us at Twerkfit! See you there!
We would recommend loose or non restrictive clothing - booty shorts are the best for twerking however, please wear whatever you feel comfortable in. If you have your own knee pads please bring them along, but we will have some available if you don't. Don't forget to bring a water bottle and sweat towel!
