This class incorporates easy to follow original routines that blend twerk inspired dance, moves with high intensity, cardio and toning for a fun, full body workout. Tighten your glutes, tone your core and burn major calories. This class is for everyone at all fitness levels whether you’re a seasoned dancer or someone looking to get active. Get ready for 60 minutes of original easy to follow routines to a lit mix of hip-hop, Afrobeats, and twerk classics that keep the energy and vibes on 100.

Dai and Tre, founders of Twerk Up A Sweat are sisters from Tacoma, WA that have been dancing and teaching dance fitness for a decade. These sisters are more than just trainers and choreographers; they are catalysts for change with a philosophy that intertwines movement and empowerment.
