This class will have you tightening your glutes, toning your core and burning major calories while listening to a lit playlist that will keep you moving and vibing all class long!
Dai & Tre is the Sister duo behind Twerk Up a Sweat. The duo has been dance fitness instructors for 8 years, creating Twerk up a sweat in 2017. These sisters really know how to break it down and sweat it up. Creating a fun and creavite way to bring you fitness and have you coming back for more!
