About this Event
This sacred exploration is a blend of meditation, yoga, breathwork, movement arts, dance medicine, spiritual healing, and trauma release, to let go of your sh*t and inspire you to express your unique gifts in the world! This is an invitation to come as you are - Our bodies, including our booties, were meant to MOVE as we activate our innate POWER!
Led by Oshin and Kelsey- 2 Baddies who have found freedom in the sensual embodiment of the self.
You are encouraged to wear an outfit that expresses your wild sexy self! The invitation is to come in short shorts or looser-fitting pants, to feel your booty jiggle. Protective knee wear is encouraged but not required
