Twerk After Werk is a high-intensity/energy workout event where fitness meets fun! My goal is to help you break a sweat, feel confident, tone and strengthen your body while having a ball at the same time. We'll be mixing booty-shaking moves with targeted exercises all while keeping the vibes light and engaging. Come for the workout, stay for the energy!
