Embodied Movement: Rooted, Rhythmic, LiberatedThere’s power in the playful. This class is an invitation to reconnect to your body’s rhythm, explore something new, and reclaim joy through movement.
Twerk is a liberating practice — a way to embody your fullness, release stored energy, and tap into your sensuality with confidence. In this two-hour workshop, we’ll explore the foundations of twerk: learning basic moves, tuning into sensation, and moving with intention.
This is a space for women to feel deeply grounded, supported, and encouraged. We move for ourselves, we cheer each other on, and we remember what it feels like to embrace our sensual essence — rooted from within, owned as authentic power.
Class Details:🕑 Time: 2:00–3:30 PM📅 When: Sunday📍 Location: 524 W Sycamore St. Fayetteville, AR 72704 – NWA Healing Hub💵 Cost: $15–$25 sliding scale – pay what you can.
Bring: Water, something you can comfortably move and sweat in, and an open mind. (Optional: knee pads or layered leggings for added comfort during floorwork.)
