Event Dates: June 27-29, 2025

1. General Information

This event is a voluntary, private gathering for alumni of Vincent High School, Class of 2005. The purpose of the event is to reconnect with classmates, reminisce about high school memories, and enjoy a social evening.

2. Ticketing & Refund Policy

• Tickets/Fees: Balance due $100 (IF deposit has already been paid, if no deposit has been made, please reach out to the committee for further instructions)

• Payment Method: Eventbrite

• Refund Policy: No refunds(unless cancellation of entire event)

• Deadline for Ticket Purchase: May 27, 2025

3. Liability Waiver

By attending this event, all participants acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The event organizers, venue, and associated entities are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, lost/stolen property, or other incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.

• Attendees assume full responsibility for their personal well-being and behavior while at the event.

• Any property damage caused by an attendee is the sole responsibility of that individual.

4. Photography & Media Release

• Photos and videos may be taken during the event.

• By attending, you consent to your image being used in reunion-related materials, including social media posts and future event promotions.

• If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the event organizers upon arrival.

5. Alcohol & Substance Policy

• Alcohol will be available for purchase/served at the event. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol and must drink responsibly.

• Any illegal substance use is strictly prohibited.

• Attendees who become disruptive due to intoxication may be asked to leave at the discretion of event staff or organizers.

6. Code of Conduct

• All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner.

• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• The event organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee violating these terms.

7. COVID-19 & Health Considerations

• Attendees are encouraged to follow any local health guidelines regarding COVID-19 or other public health concerns.

• If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you refrain from attending.
