Tween Mindfulness Day CampTweens starting 6th-8th can expect to build skills to help manage anxiety and foster resiliency, creativity and general wellness. Each day we will practice different types of movement, breath work, theraputic art, self administered pressure point/massage, healthy nutrition (with an emphasis on self care and body positivity) and end with an open discussion about how they can use what they have learned to be well in every facet of their lives as well as how to make a positive impact on their families, friends and their community. Campers will learn how to use essential oils, gem stones, painting, crafting, music and local flora to create an individualized therapeutic self-care toolkit for continuing their practice at home (ie. Soap, scents, tea, jewelry, art, playlists, fidgets, journals and more!) Cost is $150 *scholarships available M-Th 10- 2pm. Food is provided.
