Caroline, an award-winning speaker, life success and business coach, who overcame childhood sexual abuse, addiction, and mental health challenges to achieve remarkable success. She conquered her past by developing a toolbox of strategies, enhancing her mindset, self-esteem, and establishing three thriving businesses. Recognized globally, Caroline has received numerous awards, including the Global Women's Business Club Positivity Award, International Association of Professionals Life Success Coach, and several others in personal counselling, mental health advocacy, and coaching. As the founder of "Be The Impossible," she has inspired thousands through media, keynote speeches, coaching, and workshops. Co-author of "Sacred Promise" with Dr. Terarai Trent, Caroline's athletic feats include climbing to Everest Base Camp and representing Australia in triathlon and surf life saving, where she became a world champion. Her journey exemplifies resilience and determination, and she dedicates her life to empowering others with her personal mantra, "You Are Enough."
