Let us take you on a journey to Tuscany, where sun-drenched vineyards, olive groves, and medieval hill towns shape wines of remarkable beauty. Together with Carter Family Wines, we are honored to host the winemaker and owner of Ultima Pietra, who will bring the spirit of their homeland to our table. Joined by Jon-Michial and Catherine Carter, their stories will transport you to the heart of Italy as you sip and savor.
The experience begins with a Tuscan-inspired aperitif and a small bite to set the tone for the night, followed by a five-course dinner crafted by Executive Chef Adam Cooke. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a selection of Ultima Pietra’s wines, offering a true taste of Tuscany in every glass.
This dinner will be community seating to encourage connection and conversation.
