The Tuscaloosa Cameo Guild is thrilled to announce its first-ever Paws and Paddles fundraiser, taking place on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at 2 p.m. at the Buddy Powell Pavilion at Munny Sokol Park.This family-friendly event marks the Guild’s inaugural Pickleball Tournament alongside its annual Pet Costume Contest. Proceeds will benefit the Tuscaloosa Cameo Guild Scholarship Program and Historic Tuscaloosa’s restoration projects.
Event highlights include:
• Pickleball tournaments for two age groups: 21 and under and over 21
• Pet costume contest and dog walk
• Door prizes
• Awards for top two finishers in each pickleball bracket and for best pet costumes
The event is open to the public with ticketed admission. Pre-registration is required for all pickleball participants.
