Philippe Noel is one half of the legendary Canicule Tropicale parties, a dancefloo session so hot that they have many Torontonians whizzing up the 401Highway to catch their special blend of magical analog (vinyl Records) dance music, to which much of it is drawn from Philippe’s globetrotting record digs.
