Join us for Meadowlark Cancer Program's November Group Watch titled "Self-Management Through the Holidays" at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, in the KSU Classroom at Meadowlark, 2121 Meadowlark Rd., Manhattan, Kan. Holiday plans can be quickly disrupted by a "flare" of symptoms from a chronic condition - emotional distress, physical pain, etc. This class offers a compassionate road map for managing these flares with a focus on gentle self-care and guided meditation practice. You'll gain support techniques to help navigate flare-ups with more ease. We will use tools like movement and breathing to emphasize body awareness to help you navigate the session. Meadowlark Cancer Program participants will watch this session together in the KSU Classroom at Meadowlark. Registration is not required.
