What to Expect:
These sessions are a gentle, nurturing space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
Each month has a unique introspective theme to guide our meditation and journalling, helping you release what’s heavy and focus on what truly matters.
You’ll be guided through calming meditation, then given prompts for deep, personal journalling. No previous experience is needed — just bring a notebook, pen, and an open mind.
