Turn’d Up Fitness is a dance class with a difference! It's a high energy, award winning, dance empowerment program where we dance the week away to rnb, hip hop and dancehall music.
We burn tons of calories and get super sweaty but it'is so much more than your average fitness class. It’s about teaching you how to feel more powerful and confident in the skin you're in. It’s about letting go, having fun and releasing your inner diva in this total body workout.
We create a judgement free zone where you can be whoever you want to be - with the lights down low and sass levels high! Whether you've danced for years or have never danced before, Turn’d Up is made for complete beginners and I promise you, you'll leave feeling AMAZING!
