I’m designing this session to be a blend of:• guided meditations to soothe the nervous system and connect mind, body and heart
• breathing exercises to ease stress, anxiety and feelings of being overwhelmed
• gentle movements and stretching to warm the body and get the blood flowing
It will be an intentionally small group so it stays personal, friendly and welcoming to encourage feelings of warmth and compassion towards one another.
