Turn Up Dance Fitness is a HIIT-inspired dance fitness format that will unleash your inner greatness, encouraging you to evolve unapologetically, live loudly, and dance ruthlessly! We purposely break the rules of standard workouts to give you something new, fun and effective.
Bring fitness clothes, tennis shoes, and water to join!
Ages 15+ Mondays at 6pm
Dance Fitness Package approved- 4 classes for $45, 10 classes for $85 or Unlimited for $155 (4-week expiration when you start your first class). You can mix and match your dance fitness package with any of our Dance Fitness classes as well. *Stretching/Sound Healing *Turn Up Dance Fitness *Ballroom Fit *Hip Hop *Heel Symphony. You must register before 1pm on the day of the desired fitness class to ensure your spot. Class will be active with 4 registered.
**We will not host classes July 1st-July 5th**
