After our local schools' competition during the day we have our first ticketed event in the evening - Troubadour Theatre presents Whose Wild World? starting at 6pm in the Marquee.
You’re all invited to join us on the opening night of Turn The Tide this year. Bring your imagination and meet the awesome presenters and crew of a super cool new reality TV show called “Whose Wild World?” Over 2 hours we’ll be exploring all sorts of wild stuff and figuring out who will be the wildest of them all. Tickets will be available from local outlets, Presents, Puzzled Sweet Shop, Manor House and Eventbrite. £10 per adult, 12s and under free, teens £5. See you there!

It's World Oceans Day AND the start of Great Big Green Week! This year we are bringing a spectacular 18m whale to the lawn - plus the Mossy Carpet from the Art and Energy Collective, Circus Skills, an Exeter University Marine Biologist, Devon Wildlife Trust, the Environment Agency, Devon Waste Education, Teign Estuary Coastal Partnership, music from Cask, Sasha & Gaz, Back Beach Boyz, Melosa, 'The Joy of Wild Swimming' photography exhibition (free to submit entries!) and a whole lot more! We hope to attract a lot of people! Environmentally-friendly organisations' stalls on the lawn, e.g. The Environment Agency, Exeter University Marine Biology, Devon Wildlife Trust, Dawlish Against Plastic, Sustainable Dawlish, Shores of S Devon.

In the evening, we have a marquee-full of great sounds and dancing with headline act Piratitude supported by Jonah's Lift. Get your dancing shoes on for an energetic evening! Tickets are available now - £10 from local outlets, Presents, Puzzled Sweet Shop, Manor House and Eventbrite.

Is a day of Dawlish Action - being active, whether acting on behalf of others, keeping active physically and/or mentally, being creative, running a business or a community group.
We have music from Combustion, Holly Ebony, Celtic Dawn, Wrecked Again, and David Bailey. Circus Skills, Teignbridge’s Green Spaces Team, S Devon’s traveling Share Shed, vintage cycles and bike ride, fancy dress parade with rum Devon leading our closing procession, and more!
Just a few of the groups and businesses represented are: We hope it will be a fun day for a lot of people, celebrating how being active and wellbeing are linked.
