About this Event
No one ever talks about how the moon SMELLS. Except maybe science writer & KRCC contributor Rebecca Boyle. “On the moon, after you got used to the smell of constant fireworks, you would notice the unceasing dryness.” Boyle, who lives in Colorado Springs, has written “Our Moon: How Earth’s Celestial Companion Transformed The Planet, Guided Evolution, and Made Us Who We Are.” It would be lunacy not to read her book with us for “Turn The Page with Colorado Matters.”
Get a copy of “Our Moon: How Earth's Celestial Companion Transformed the Planet, Guided Evolution, and Made Us Who We Are" by Rebecca Boyle and join Colorado Matters the evening of June 12 to meet Ryan Warner and Rebecca Boyle in-person at the Kathryn Mohrman Theatre located inside Armstrong Hall on the Colorado College campus.
The audio will be broadcast on Colorado Matters at a later date.
This programming is supported in part by the Western States Arts Federation (WESTAF) and the National Endowment for the Arts.
