Turkish Folk Dances for Children

TURKISH FOLK DANCES FOR CHILDREN
Toronto Yunus Emre Institute is offering a Turkish Folk Dances course to help children aged 7-12 connect with their cultural heritage and learn traditional dances.

TARGET AUDIENCE: The course is designed for children between the ages of 7 and 12 who are interested in Turkish folk dances.

LEVEL: No prior knowledge of the dances is required.

COURSE DATES: The course will run from March 9, 2024, to June 8, 2024, for 14 weeks. No classes will be held on statutory holidays.

COURSE DAYS AND HOURS: The course will be held on Saturdays between 14.00-16.00

VENUE: The courses will be delivered at Toronto Yunus Emre Institute, 78 Berkeley St., Toronto, ON M5A 2W7.

COURSE FEE: The fee for the total course CA$50. The total fee does not cover the registration fee charged by Eventbrite.

REGISTRATION: To register for the course, you must sign up on Eventbrite. Students will be registered on a first-come, first-serve basis. To avoid missing this opportunity, we recommend that you register on time.

CANCELLATION OF THE COURSE: Courses are subject to cancellation if the minimum quota is not met.

WITHDRAWAL / REFUNDING: It is possible to withdraw your application before the start or in the first week of the course. In this case, the processing fees charged by Eventbrite might not be refunded. After the first week, no refund of the course fee will be paid. All refunds will be made to the client’s bank account.

REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS: When the course starts, Toronto Yunus Emre Institute may request you to fill out additional registration forms and submit documents. The Institute will keep all documents and information confidential according to provincial and federal regulations.
